In answer to your letter per Mr A C Hyde, a form will be sent you with the proof of your paper by which you will find that you are entitled to 100 copies of your paper if you wish for them. If you will kindly fill up that form when it arrives, it will be better for us to act upon that in the regular way than upon your note just to hand.
