TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to W L Fox, Royal Cornwall Polytechnic Society, Falmouth
Date9 July 1894
DescriptionAs directed by the President and Council of the Royal Society, Foster responds to Fox's letter of 10 May to state that they feel disposed to publish the Falmouth results as he proposes, providing that they are brought out in the same form and published at the same time as the results of the Kew Committee.

He is further directed to ask whether in future these conditions can be fulfilled, and whether those for 1893 are in the same form as the Kew results. If he is able to answer yes, the Society is prepared to publish the 1893 results immediately. In future years, it will be best for them to communicate directly with the Kew Committee, so that the Falmouth results can be communciated at the same time. If those for 1893 are not yet in the required form, and their Committee is willing to change as necessary to bring them into the required form, the Society will publish them if they are sent with the necessary modifications.
