Description'Dear Sir,
The suggestions in your letter of July 6th are accepted by the Council, and your papers may now be put in hand. I am proceeding with the figures, and if you could meanwhile make the slight alterations necessary in the text in consequence of the reduction in number of the figures, I can proceed with the text as soon as you let me have the manuscript back. I am sending them to you by this afternoon's post.
