DescriptionRix encloses a letter from General Walker declining to attend a conference at Innsbruck, alongside a copy of the minutes which he omitted from the previous day's letter and which Foster will require to refer to in connection with Walker's letter.

He notes that he has heard no more from Victor Horsley about Risien Russell's brains, and asks if Foster has. Rix has sent the letter to Mr Fox. He also notes the Halle address was sent off to Sir George Gabriel Stokes immediately after the sealing, and was acknowledged by him the next day.
