DescriptionThe experiments run May-September 1954 and deal with the magnetic fields of various rock specimens. The work was done in collaboration with JM Pickering, but all the notes and calculations in this book are in Blackett's hand, in ink, with his own annotations, comments or corrections added in pencil or red ink.

The pages are numbered up to 66; pages 8 and 9 contain a lot of slides.
