DescriptionPress cuttings concerning the Royal Society's Fellows. Compiled by the organisation's staff. Cuttings include: obituary notices for Francis Elgar (p.1); Robert Giffen (p.3); William Huggins (p.5); and Robert Koch (p.7). With a few other brief notices.

The volume is mostly blank, with only the early section pp.1-7 used to paste in material. Following this, the practice of compiling general and biographical books ceases, the two being combined. These cuttings are attributed to the source newspaper and dated in manuscript. A paper label on the cover is inscribed: 'January 19, 1909 to 30-5-1910. Royal Society. Scrap Book. Biographical.'
