Excavated at Oreston Quarry caves near Plymouth, Devon [England]. Inscribed with publication and plate details and a pencil note upper left 'Page 8 Right metacarpal bone Bos' and lower left 'Fig 1 2 & 3 to be on the same Plate'. Not signed. Royal Society stamp verso. Watermarked 'W Turner & So-'.
