Description | Plate 6, figures 33-34 (labelled here as figures 32-34, with 32 and 33 showing two versions of the same figure) showing the yolk and membrane of the haddock [Gadus aeglefinus; Melanogrammus aeglefinus] and the membrana vitelli of the turbot [Pleuronectes maximus; Scophthalmus maximus]. Figures pasted onto backing sheet. Inscribed with figure details. Graphite labels for parts of figure 32 struck out in graphite. Red ink inscriptions next to figures reading '49', '50', and '32' struck out in black ink. Rough graphite sketches of ova viewed under a miscroscope visible verso. Not signed. The manuscript for this paper is wanting.
