Title | Referee's report by William Dobinson Halliburton, on a paper 'On the presence of urea in the blood of birds, and its bearing upon the formation of uric acid in the animal body' by Alfred Baring Garrod |
Date | 23 June 1893 |
Description | If the experiments recorded in the paper can end in a result, the paper would be worthy of publication in Philosophical Transactions. However, the author has not proven the result so the referee will conduct his own experiment, using the parameters stated. Despite this, the paper should be published in some form. It would be a pity if it was buried, as it contains some good observations.
