TitleReferee's report by George Carey Foster, on a paper 'A new method of determining freezing points' by Meyer Wildermann

DescriptionThe first part is recommended for publication, although it has already been published in the Transactions of the Chemical Society. The rest of the paper is not suitable for publication in Philosophical Transactions.
