|Referee's report by Silvanus Phillips Thompson, on a paper 'Stress and other effects produced in resin and in a viscid compound of resin and oil by electrification' by Joseph Wilson Swan
|29 May 1897
|Recommended for publication in Proceedings. The interest in the paper lies mainly in the figures. Some of them should be reduced to about a third of their current size and the rest should be published in their current size. The author is partner in a firm which makes process-blocks so perhaps he could present these blocks himself.
[Published in Proceedings of the Royal Society, 1897].
