Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. Suggests reviewing terminology used in the paper to avoid confusion and aid clarity. Refers to a paper by the referee John Ambrose Fleming, 'A note on the experimental measurement of the high-frequency resistance of wires', Proceedings of the Physical Society of London, Vol.23, 1911, to which the author might be referred. The referee demonstrated his experiment at a Royal Society gathering of 1911.
