Date18 August 1933
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physics

Refuses to give an opinion regarding publication in the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society of London'. The main parts of the paper deal with physical chemistry, suggests the paper be more appropriately submitted to Eric Keightley Rideal, John Edward Lennard-Jones or Ralph Howard Fowler. Finds the spectroscopic parts to be correct.
