Title | Letter from Thomas George Cowling, on a paper 'The derivation of a model solar chromosphere from radio data. I. The intensity and distribution of radiation. II. Evaluation of electron temperatures and densities' by J H Piddington to the Chairman of the Physics Sectional Committee |
Date | 1949 |
Description | The paper contains interesting new results, but the presentation is rather weak. The author should be asked to modify the paper. He didn't come to this view without hesitation, as the author is currently in Australia but the paper requires modifications to be up to Royal Society standards.
