TitleReferee's report by George Carey Foster, on a paper 'The heat dissipated by a platinum surface at high temperatures. Part IV. High pressure gases' by Joseph Ernest Petavel
Date17 February 1901
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physics & Chemistry

Recommended for publication in Philosophical Transactions. Doesn't recommend any modifications as such but has noted a few apparent 'oversights of the type-writer'. All illustrations should be reproduced and in general the paper seems to constitute a distinct step in the advancement of natural philosophy. In additional manuscript notes he provides a list of small corrections with a reference to the page of the original paper.

[Published in Philosophical Transactions A, 1901].
