TitleReferee's report by William Palmer Wynne, on a paper 'Contributions to our knowledge of the poison plants of Western Australia' by E A Mann and W H Ince
Date13 May 1906
DescriptionSectional Committee: Physics and Chemistry

Not recommended for publication in the 'Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society'. The researches are difficult and economically important, and the authors should not be discouraged from their pursuits, but their results are inconclusive and not worthy of publication 'in other than a preliminary form'. Suggests extensive reduction of most sections of the paper and sections that can be omitted. An abstract in the Proceedings would be sufficient at this early stage of research, and the authors 'advised to withhold further publication until their investigations...have extended much further than at present'.

[Published in the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society] Submitted to Philosophical Transactions A [Physics and Chemistry], published in Proceedings B.

Endorsed on verso as received 15 May 1906.
