Can the paper be passed if the first report is favourable? James Gray suggests Neil Kensington Adam as a more suitable referee, and agrees to pass the paper if the first report is favourable. Archibald Vivian Hill requests that the paper be seen by a biologist, as the commuicator does not know about that side of the paper.
