TitleReferee's report by Herbert Davenport Kay, on a paper 'A study of the component glycerides of cow and buffalo milk fats with reference to the possible mechanism of their production during lactation' by K T Achaya and Thomas Percy Hilditch
Date1949
DescriptionSectional committee: Physiology

Recommended for publication in Proceedings, it is reduced in length by four or five pages. The experimental results are of value but the discussion is 'too protracted'. There is uncertain reasoning in places and he doesn't agree with the author's opinion about cows milk fat. The paper could be published in the Biochemical Journal.
