TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Dr T G Cowling, Applied Mathematics Department, The University, Leeds, LS2 9JT, England
Date3 May 1974
DescriptionStates that Lyttleton would not be hurt at all, but on the contrary would most strongly favour Bondi.

If Cowling has an oppportunity to raise the matter, and make clear he has information that Bondi would accept if offered, this is probably all that can be done now. Gold states it would seem to him to be a shame if the society failed to take this opportunity, for one reason or another, and at least could avoid such failure due to not having the relevant information (either with regard to Bondi himself, or with regard to Lyttleton).
