TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Dr L J Strike, Lunar and Planetary Institute, 3303 NASA Road 1, Houston, Texas
Date27 June 1978
DescriptionGold would love to come to the Magnetism Conference in November, but unfortunately has an important engagement just for those days.

He considers the comet imprinting process of mangetisation a major contender, and would regret very much if this process were not aired there. His colleague, Steve Soter, who worked with Gold on this subject, could probably go and pesent a paper. However, they no longer have NASA funds, and would need to find a way to cover his travel expenses.
