DescriptionLetter of thanks for his work to enable them to house SPIF. It was in fact the regrettable loss of Elliot that made it possible within the space limitations they have.

They can now definitely go ahead with the detailed planning and inform NASA accordingly. He will shortly send Cooke a copy of the detailed plan and room assignments for his information. It will place the main facility on the third floor, using the entire set of interior rooms on the north corridor; it will also have th present 'Mars Room' on the fourth floor.
