TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Professor F D Drake, Center for Radiophysics and Space Research, Clark Hall of Science, Cornell University
Date30 September 1965
DescriptionHas a number of administrative items that Professor Drake may have to deal with. Asks if Dan Harris has been promoted. Is 'very keen that we should accept the NASA contract even if we cannot get it on our terms. I know the internal workings of NASA and any contract there is a foot in the door which may be important in the long run'. Thanks him for his information about 'the Xray sources and the Parkes and Monlonglo scintillations. I have heard of the Berkeley 'mysterium' and I do not quite know what to make of it'.
