TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Dr George E Mueller, Office of Manned Space Flight, NASA, Washington, DC
Date21 July 1967
DescriptionLists the members of a PSAC subcommittee looking into 'problems and possibilities for astronaut photography on the moon'. Says that 'We believe that after sample recovery, photography will be the most valuable activity of the astronauts on the moon from the point of view of science. Also, it will be an activity in which there will be a great deal of popular interest. It is for these reasons that we want to be sure that we bring to your personal attention any suggestions that we are aware of that might assist in making the photography planning as effective as possible'. Asks for a meeting.
