DescriptionSays that, as there has been some discussion about the Dicke Committee report, and of the advantages and disadvantages of the Arecibo type of antenna, he wants to explain some of the points that may not have been entirely clear. Goes on to explain some of the points. Also says that he is impressed by the 'high level of discussion' present in the discussions of the Dicke Committee. He also thinks that the Dicke Committee has attained a 'very good understanding of the scientific, technical, and administrative problems'.
