DescriptionContains a few letters and e-mails between Thomas Gold and Hermann Bondi, Mar-Apr 1999, Sep 2001, Dec 2003. The e-mails are about radiation pressure, and the Big Bang theory. There are also copies of a letter from Gold to Bondi, dated 26 March 1999, in response to Bondi’s letter about an article by Peebles in Nature entitled 'Evolution of the cosmological constant' (4 Mar 1999). In the letter Gold talks about the Big Bang theory, Mach's principle and Maxwell's laws connecting the emission point of an emitted photon with the reception point of a received photon. Also contains a couple of faxes between Gold and Jane Rider, acting for Robert A Hefner III, about a suitable comment by Hefner on 'The deep hot biosphere'. The letters are not numbered and the file is not indexed.
