Also includes a copy of a letter from Thomas Gold to Tord Lindo, dated Feb 1983. The correspondence covers various subjects e.g. project to drill for gas and oil in the Siljan Ring, Sweden; proposal to drill for gas and oil in Charlevoix, the site of a meteorite impact crater, in Quebec, Canada. There are copies of 'The Hefner Report', Volume 1, Issues 2-3, 15 Jan and 2 Aug 1991, a paper by Hefner, 'Natural gas in the decade of the 1990s', Oct 1990, and a paper, probably by Hefner, 'Proposed method of exploration for natural gas and petroleum in the areas of the meteoritic impact structures known as 'Charlevoix' and 'Manicouagan' in the province of Quebec' [nd]. There are also a few articles about exploration, Sep 1983, Mar-Apr 1985, and a colour transparency entitled, 'Chen Yan Ning, 'Return at dusk''.
